Our Staff Daniel J. Pavlik D.C. Founder Pavlik Chiropractic Dr. Pavlik has been active in the healthcare industry for the last 28 years. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1973. In February 1977 he received his Master of Science degree from Rollins College, Orlando, Florida. His postgraduate doctoral studies were completed by June of 1980, when he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic located in Davenport, Iowa. Dr. Pavlik is currently and active member of the American Chiropractic Assoc., the Florida Chiropractic Assoc., and the Council of Chiropractic Orthopedists. Dr. Pavlik has founded and developed three healthcare companies during his professional career in addition to maintaining an active private practice. As President of NMS Rehabilitation, Inc. from 1985 through 1992 he successfully implemented nine full service physical rehabilitation facilities in a multi state forum. From 1987 through 1993 he also founded and developed one of the largest chiropractic preferred provider organizations in the nation, the Academy of Industrial Health Consultants, consisting of over 1200 members. From 1996 to 2002 he developed Access HealthMax, Inc., an innovative nutritional company responsible for the integration of proprietary nutraceutical programs and products for chiropractic offices throughout the United States. The need for constant improvement within the healthcare delivery system has lead to his innovative and visionary programs. Dr. Pavlik is married to his lovely wife, Rebecca, for 37 years and they have three children, all living in the Central Florida area. |

| Kenneth
S. Ross D.C., J.D. Dr. Ross is licensed as a Chiropractic Physician in Florida and has actively practiced Chiropractic for 22 years. During that time, Dr. Ross has been involved with integrated healthcare in a multi-disciplinary setting, treating personal injury, workers compensation and managed care cases. Dr. Ross had a career in law enforcement, as a deputy sheriff for 20 years. He left the sheriff’s department to attend Life University School of Chiropractic in 1979, graduating in 1982. After graduating, he had a private practice in Orlando Florida from 1982-1992, while at the same time re-joining the sheriff’s department, and doing both. Dr. Ross retired from law enforcement and sold his private practice in 1992. After taking a year off, he joined Pavlik Chiropractic in 1994. Always having an interest in law, he attended law school part time and graduated in 2000. Dr. Ross uses his experience in law enforcement, medical and the legal fields to teach nationally in the areas of medical malpractice, tort law, risk management, medical records, accident investigation and offers a certified expert witness program. Dr. Ross has written numerous books and has published articles in several national healthcare magazines. His articles can be seen at MedtechUSA.net. Dr. Ross is also a Licensed Healthcare Risk Manager in Florida, and is board certified in thermography and board eligible in radiology. He is certified in accident investigation and medical fraud investigation. He is a member of the American Institute of Legal Medicine, American Academy of Physicians, Council on International Medical Law, and a National Editorial Advisory Board Member for Chiropractic Products magazine.

Daniel J. Pavlik Jr., D.C. Dr. Dan is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician. He was born in Davenport, Iowa while his father was attending Palmer College of Chiropractic. As a young child, his family moved to Central Florida, where he quickly learned that he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps as a Chiropractic Physician. He graduated from the Health Careers Academy at Apopka High School in 1997 and began taking classes at the University of Central Florida. He majored in Microbiology and Molecular Biology, graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science Degree. In 2002, he married his high school sweetheart, Kendra, and together they moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota to pursue his doctoral work in Chiropractic. He attended Northwestern Chiropractic College, where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in November of 2005. Immediately after graduating, he moved back to Orlando to join his father in the family practice. In the spring of 2006, he began his post doctorate training in “Whiplash Traumatology” from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego and now heads the newly formed Injury and Rehabilitation Department for Pavlik Chiropractic. Dr. Dan’s passion in clinical practice has focused on the analysis, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries sustained during vehicular accidents. As a result of his specialized post graduate training he brings a special skill set to Pavlik Chiropractic that expands the clinics capabilities and its service to the Central Florida area significantly. Dr. Dan is looking forward to his new responsibilities and to the continuation of service to the Central Florida community. |
