Founder of Pavlik Chiropractic

Dr. Pavlik has been in active practice since 1980. In 1973 Dr. Pavlik obtained his Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biology and minoring in Chemistry, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He continued his education in Orlando Florida at Rollins College receiving his Master of Science degree in 1977. His postgraduate doctoral studies were completed June 1980, when he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic located in Davenport, Iowa.

In 1984, Dr. Pavlik attended the National College of Chiropractic, continuing his chiropractic post doctoral studies in the specialty field of chiropractic orthopedics. He is currently an active member of the American Chiropractic Assoc., Florida Chiropractic Assoc., International Academy of Occupational Health Consultants and the Council of Chiropractic Orthopedics.

Dr. Pavlik has founded and developed three healthcare companies during his professional career in addition to maintaining his active private practice. As President of NMS Rehabilitation, Inc. from 1985-1992 he successfully implemented nine full service physical rehabilitation facilities in a multi-state forum. From 1987 through 1993 he also founded and developed one of the largest chiropractic preferred provider organizations in the nation, the Academy of Industrial Health Consultants, consisting of over 1200 members. From 1996 to 2002 he developed Access Healthmax, Inc., an innovative nutritional company responsible for the integration of proprietary nutraceutical programs and products for chiropractic offices throughout the United States. The need for constant improvement within the healthcare delivery system was the catalyst to his innovative and Visionary programs.

Dr. Pavlik has been married to his lovely wife, Rebecca, since 1972 and they have three children all living in the Central Florida area. Dr. Pavlik is also proud to note that in 2006, his son, Dr. Daniel J. Pavlik, Jr.,joined Pavlik Chiropractic.

Dr. Dan Pavlik, Jr. is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician. He was born in Davenport, Iowa while his father was attending Palmer College of Chiropractic. As a young child, his family moved to Central Florida, where he quickly learned that he wanted to follow in his father's footsteps as a Chiropractic Physician. He graduated from the Health Careers Academy at Apopka High School in 1997 and enrolled at the University of Central Florida.  He majored in Microbiology and Molecular Biology, graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

In 2002 he married his high school sweetheart, Kendra, and together they moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota to pursue his doctoral work in Chiropractic. He attended Northwestern Chiropractic College, where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in November of 2005. Immediately after graduating, he moved back to Orlando to join his father in the family practice. In 2007 Dr. Dan and his wife welcomed their first daughter, Jamison Reese.

Dr. Dan's passion in clinical practice will be focused on the analysis, treatment and rehabilitation of acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries. He received post doctorate training in "Whiplash Traumatology" from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. As a result of his specialized post graduate training, he brings a special skill set to Pavlik Chiropractic that expands the clinic's capabilities significantly. He is greatly looking forward to continuing the thirty year family tradition of service to the Central Florida community.

Dr._Baker.jpgJoseph F. Baker, D.C.

Dr. Baker is a native Floridian growing up in Key West, then moving to Orlando in the early 90's where he has resided ever since.  In 2002, Dr. Baker received his Associate of Arts Degree from Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Florida. He then went on to Logan College in St. Louis, Missouri, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Biology. He continued on with his post graduate studies at Logan College of Chiropractic and graduated in 2007 with his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. He continues his post doctoral studies with his ultimate goal to become board certified in the specialty of Clinical Neurology.

Dr. Baker is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician; licensed in the State of Florida. He is an active member of the American Chiropractic Association, as well as the Florida Chiropractic Association. He started his practice with Pavlik Chiropractic on June 1, 2009. Dr. Baker is extremely excited to provide the great people of Central Florida with Chiropractic care as well as building a long standing relationship with the community he calls home.

Dr. Lane is a new member of our Orlando community. She grew up in Vero Beach Florida, where she was active in sports as well as involved in community service.  Dr. Lane received her Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies from the University of Central Florida in 2005. She then went on to further her education in postgraduate studies and earned her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2008. During her time spent at Palmer, she was involved in the Peer Mentoring Program, donated her time and services to community outreach organizations, and was chosen to be a Clinical Teaching Assistant while simultaneously fulfilling her own clinical requirements. In addition, she volunteered at a local Chiropractic office in her spare time, when she wasn't busy delegating between her responsibilities as a student and a mother to her 3 children.

In 2009, Dr. Lane received her license as a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician in the State of Florida. Prior to joining the Pavlik Chiropractic team, she completed her yearlong extern ship in a thriving chiropractic office, which provided her with an abundance of experience in providing superior patient care. Dr. Lane is an active member of the Florida Chiropractic Association and American Chiropractic Association. She is enthusiastic about building her practice at Pavlik Chiropractic, and is looking forward to providing Central Florida with quality chiropractic care.

Soyer Kaya, D.C.

A native of Baltimore, Maryland attended the University of Maryland and continued his

undergraduate education at the University of Maryland School of Medicine,graduating with a

degree in BioMedical Research. He went on to pursue his passion in the health sciences and nutrition with an understanding of the body’snatural healing abilities and sought out the profession he felt most rewarding, Chiropractic. As part of the inaugural graduating class of 2005, Dr. Kaya attended the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. He has remained in Florida ever since. He is currently the acting President of the Central FL Chiropractic Society (CFCS) and is heavily involved in the Florida Chiropractic Association (FCA). He applies his knowledge and understanding through the science of nutrition to his practice. Nutrition, Health and Wellness are all key fundamental components to overall Healthcare. He is also active in the community and is looking forward to seeing patients of Pavlik Chiropractic.

Dr. David Jendrisak grew up in Goldsboro, North Carolina where he attended East Carolina University and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology in 2008.  He possesses a great interest in health, exercise, and the body’s own ability to heal itself which pushed him into the direction of Chiropractic.  Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, he moved to Florida to pursue his post graduate studies at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida.  He graduated with his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2011 and is an active member of the Florida Chiropractic Association.  While attending Palmer College, he was an intern at Pavlik Chiropractic, where he witnessed the true benefits and rewards of being a Doctor of Chiropractic at such a well-established clinic.  Dr. Jendrisak is eager and motivated to become a part of the Central Florida community and provide exceptional Chiropractic care.
